MONMOUTH, Ore. – Jessica Horrocks and Max Moncur were the first to cross for BYU-Hawaii in the NCAA West Regional Cross Country Championships on Saturday morning.
BYU-Hawaii did not compete as a team in the NCAA West Regional Cross Country Championships, but instead had four individual runners. Jessica Horrocks placed 110th with a time of 23:12.72 in the women's 8k, while Olivia Rivera placed 160th with a time of 24:41.71.
Max Moncur was able to place 108th for the Seasiders with a time of 32:47.21, while his teammate Carston Feigleson came in 122nd place with a time of 33:13.00. Moncur's time tied Justin Royer for the fourth fastest 10k time in BYU-Hawaii Men's Cross Country history.
