BYU-Hawaii women's cross country takes sixth

FRESNO, Calif. – BYU-Hawaii women's cross country finished sixth at the PacWest Championship on Friday at Woodward Park.

The Seasiders finished the meet with 160 points in the 6k. Cal Baptist captured their second consecutive championship with 56 points to edge out Azusa Pacific by three.

Haley Olcott finished 20th with a time of 23:15.48 to lead BYU-Hawaii. Jessica Horrocks wasn't far behind finishing 24th with a time of 23:36.38.

Kami Dixon placed 35th with a time of 24:24.51, while Amanda Turnbull's time of 24:31.27 placed her at 37th. Casey Carpenter (43rd, 24:44.88) and Malacie Jorgenson (48th, 25:12.04) rounded out the field for the Seasiders.
