WAIPIO, Hawaii (April 7, 2014) - Back in Hawaii, the No. 3 BYU-Hawaii women's tennis team didn't slow down one bit, beating Chaminade 9-0 on Monday.
Now 22-0 on the season, the Seasiders are finishing up the regular season before they head into postseason tournaments.
BYU-Hawaii cruised for most of the day, starting off with a sweep of the doubles points.
No. 1 doubles players Sasha Ulbrichtova and Jin Jin (Leah) Han put together an 8-2 victory while Kanela Adamson and Jeong-Min Jeon in the No. 2 spot and No. 3's Jade Griffin and Marissa Pereira both won 8-0.
Ulbrichtova also played in No. 1 singles, winning 6-3, 6-0. Han won second singles 6-1, 6-0 and Adamson took the No. 3 matchup 6-0, 6-0.
In fourth singles, Jeon claimed a 6-0, 6-1 victory while Griffin and Pereira both won 6-0, 6-0 in the fifth and sixth singles positions.
The Seasiders will play Hawaii Pacific on Tuesday.
