SAN LEANDRO, Calif. – BYU-Hawaii softball dropped its final doubleheader of the week to Holy Names 11-4 and 7-3 on Saturday at Thrasher Park.
The Seasiders (10-30, 6-24 PacWest) were led by Lizabelle Talataina's fourth homerun of the week on a 3-for-5 hitting with three RBI and two runs scored. Tiffany Smith had her first career homerun in the first game with a solo-shot to right center. Brandy Karl and Whitley Haimin each added 3-for-7 performances from the plate with a run scored in each game.
The Seasiders will continue their road trip with a doubleheader at Notre Dame de Namur on Monday at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. PDT. Live Stats will be available online.
