Seasiders finish 20th at NCAA West Regional

BILLINGS, Mont. – BYU-Hawaii men's cross country finished 20th in the NCAA West Regionals on Saturday.

The top five cross country teams moving onto nationals are Chico State, Alaska Anchorage, Cal Poly Pomona, Western Washington, and Cal Baptist. Unfortunately the Seasiders will not be continuing onto nationals.

Senior, Jon Hooke was the first runner for the Seasiders to cross the finish line, with a time of 33.17.97 to place 84th at the championship. Next up for BYU-Hawaii was Kevin Miller placing 88th with a time of 33.26.48 and Thomas Hesselgesser finished 103rd with a time of 33.50.70.

Clayton Kearl was the next Seasider across the finish line placing 106th with a time of 34.00.24. Carston Feigleson (112th, 34.17.53) and Ryan Belliston (136th, 35.26.67) to finish out the Seasiders.
