FRESNO, Calif. – Kevin Miller led BYU-Hawaii men's cross country to a fifth place finish at the 2014 PacWest Championships on Friday at Woodward Park.
The Seasiders finished with 127 points as a team to edge out Fresno Pacific by one point for fifth. Cal Baptist took home the team championship finishing with 30 points.
Miller was the first runner across the finish line for BYU-Hawaii with a time of 25:47.92 to place 13th at the race. Thomas Hesselgesser was 21st with a time of 26:16.79 and Jon Hooke finished 24th with a time of 26:28.06.
Clayton Kearl was next to finish for the Seasiders placing 29th with a time of 26:40.52. Carston Feigleson (40th, 27:07.88) and Ryan Belliston (47th, 27:48.86) rounded out the field for the Seasiders.
