KONA, Hawaii – Inoka Kahawaii led BYU-Hawaii men's golf to a 10th place finish after the first two rounds of the Dennis Rose Invitational on Friday.
Kahawaii finished the day tied for ninth place individually after shooting a 10-over-par 154. Nicolas Herrera and Riley Bunker were tied for second on the Seasider team and tied for 43rd in the field after both shooting 17 over.
Federico Clausen was 23 over on the day and Alex Stulce was 25 over to round out the five man team for BYU-Hawaii. Zane Loveland participated as an individual and finished with a 25-over 169 on the day.
The Seasiders will complete play at the invitational with the final round of play tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. HST.
