Seasider golfers finish second at Oahu Tri-Match

HONOLULU (Oct. 15, 2013) - Seasider golfers Mike Klem and Peder McComber both shot just two-over-par at 74 to help the BYU-Hawaii men's golf team to a second-place finish in the Oahu Tri-Match at the Hawaii Prince Golf Club on Tuesday.

The 7,117-yard, Par 72 course pitted BYU-Hawaii against host Hawaii Pacific and Chaminade for the second straight week.

Chaminade scored a best 296 while Hawaii Pacific shot 306 to finish behind the Seasiders' 303.

Bowen Prestwich shot a five-over-par 77 and Sean Crapo finished six-over at 78. Zach Janiec shot an 81.

BYU-Hawaii will visit the Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course on Oct. 22 for their next match.
