Waikoloa, HI—The Brigham Young University-Hawaii men's golf team finished in seventh place today after the final round of the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate hosted by UH-Hilo. The Seasiders shot 311-309-314---934, 70 over par, for the three rounds on the par 72 course.
Individually Scott Pickering shot 231 for the tournament to lead the Seasiders. He finished tied for 22nd. Other Seasiders to figure in the team scoring were Colten Lamb with a 234, Dillon Dudley at 237, and Jake Wagstaff at 240. Trevor Gosar and Jacob Fotu also competed for the Seasiders.
UH-Hilo won the team portion of the tournament with an two-under 862 total and the Vulcan's Corey Kozuma took medalist honors with a six-under 210 for the tournament.
BYU–Hawaii will be back in action in the Spring.
