LAIE, Hawaii (Nov. 4, 2013) – BYU-Hawaii is hosting the Asia Pacific Tournament Nov. 5-7 in the Cannon Activities Center. Along with the Seasider men's basketball team, Tahiti, a team of BYU-Hawaii Alumni and the Hawaii Select squad will participate.
The Asia Pacific Tournament highlights collegiate and international players from around the region, along with alumni from the Seasider program.
The schedule will go as follows with all games being played in the CAC:
TUESDAY 7:30 p.m.: BYU-Hawaii Alumni vs. Tahiti
WEDNESDAY 7:30 p.m.: Hawaii Select vs. Tahiti
THURSDAY 7:30 p.m.: Tahiti vs. BYU-Hawaii
Tuesday and Wednesday games are free to the public and Thursday's game with BYU-Hawaii vs. Tahiti will be normal ticket pricing for the regular season. Students get in free with a student ID.
The game will serve as the Seasiders final exhibition game before the regular season begins on Saturday, Nov. 16 vs. Western State Colorado in an early start at 3 p.m. in Laie.
