Brad Jones was hired as BYU-Hawaii’s seventh athletic director in May 2016 after serving as theassistant athletic director and compliance officer for four months.
Jones brings a wealth of experience to the Seasider program after working in conference administration and on campus experience for over 10 seasons. Before his time at BYU-Hawaii, he worked at the University of Hawaii as the director of football administration overseeing the administrative aspects of its football team.
Jones started his career at the National Association of Basketball Coaches before moving to conference administration. He was director of championships for the Western Athletic Conference and the Atlantic 10 Conference directing championships and regular season administration, as well as policy and scheduling duties.
Jones earned a degree in political science from Brigham Young University in 2004.
